Any visit to Viva is special, but we have some special upgrades which will make your visit even more memorable.
Each option below is available to add to your booking via the box office, or online after you’ve booked your show tickets via our online portal. See our FAQs below for more details on how to add our Drinks Packages to your visit.
If you have any questions about upgrading your booking to celebrate a special occasion, or just want to add something special to your visit
You can either add upgrades online, or via our box office team.
Upgrade Online
Once you’ve booked and paid for your ticket, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to your digital tickets.
This link also allows access to our online portal where you can add upgrades or customisations to your visit – so you can add pre-order drinks, food or celebration options online via mobile or desktop.
If you lose the email, don’t worry – we’ll send it out again via SMS text 48 hours before your visit.
Upgrades Via Box Office Team
Simply give our box office team a call on 01253 297 297 and speak to one of our assistants who will be able to advise and add upgrades to your booking.
Alternatively, you can email us here and we’ll call you back at a time convenient to you.
All upgrades need to be paid for in advance of you arriving at the venue. If no payment is received, then it is likely the upgrade will be cancelled.
Upgrades are generally offered in advance of your visit, and will not be available when you visit the venue.
