Key Worker & Emergency Service Workers Special Event Information
We are thrilled to welcome all Key Workers, Emergency Service Workers, and Blue Light Card Holders to enjoy Viva The Show as a token of our appreciation. Please read the following important information to help you make the most of your visit.
Proof of Eligibility
As a special thank you to our heroes, all Key Workers and Emergency Service Staff are eligible for this complimentary event, along with their partners. To verify your eligibility, the lead booker must bring valid ID or proof of employment (e.g., Blue Light Card, ID badge, or employment confirmation). Without this, the tickets will not be valid.
Pre-Order Food & Drinks
Make your night even more enjoyable by pre-ordering your food and drinks before you arrive. This will allow you to skip the queues and enjoy your evening without interruption.

Event Timings
– Doors Open: 6:00 PM
– Food Service Begins: 6:05 PM (for pre-orders)
– Show Starts: 8:00 PM
– Approximate End Time: 11:00 PM
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show to get settled and enjoy the atmosphere.
Seating & Group Bookings
If you’ve booked tickets as part of a group, we will do our best to seat you together. If your group made separate bookings, simply let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you’re booking separately, let us know, and we’ll aim to seat you in the same area or table!
Unable to Attend? Let Us Know!
Due to the high demand for these tickets, we have a waiting list of key workers and emergency service staff who are eager to attend. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, so we can release your tickets to someone else on the waiting list.

OTHER FAQs
- We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards – including ApplePay / Google Pay across all of our bars.
- Dress code is relaxed (we encourage smart dress), but there is no sportswear or caps allowed to be worn in the venue.
- We operate security at the premises and we reserve the right of search bags/clothing on arrival. Any drinks being brought into the premises will be confiscated and entry may be refused if found bringing your own drinks into the venue.
- We operate a challenge 25 policy. Please bring appropriate ID if purchasing or consuming alcohol in the premises
- All payments balances must be made before your visit. Any payment not received by this date will result in your booking be unfortunately cancelled and your deposit retained.
